Virginia & Grant wedding highlights
Ginnie and I go back to the early 1990s, and it was a blast to film her wedding and get to know Grant, who is a grade-A champ. What a wonderful couple! The love was palpable.

Wedding Video Highlights Gallery
We’ve finally added a long-overdue feature to our gallery: a gallery of wedding video highlights, all grouped together in one place.
Our clients usually order a 20-30 minute highlight movie of their wedding day, and some add on a full-length production of their wedding ceremony. We cut these trailers together to give the couple something to send to friends and family to help them tell their wedding day story.

“Right” by The Weekend Forecast (Official Music Video)
Lead singer Benji Schwimmer, winner of So You Think You Can Dance? Season 2, was great to work with during the course of this video that I produced, directed, filmed and edited. We filmed it on a shoestring budget at Saltair in Utah during a two-day period in April. The band drove from L.A. and I drove from Seattle, and we were plagued/blessed with blizzards, hail, fierce winds and bitter cold. When you see Benji’s jacket blowing in the wind, it’s not a fan, it’s 70 mph wind.

Music Video season
So it’s no secret that weddings are the bread and butter income of most photographers, so what do we do in the off-season to stay busy?
Aderyn makes music videos. Here’s a music video that was conceived as a lovechild between film noir and 1960s TV shows, featuring Seattle hip hop superstar, RA Scion (MC of Common Market). Enjoy the words, the beats and the breakdancing!
Film, VFX and Motion Graphics Demo Reel 2009
As work has been slowing down, post-wedding season, I have had the extra time to brush up my demo reel and put something together to show what I’ve been working on for the last year or so.
